When a Death Occurs
When a death occurs and you are ready to make the funeral arrangements, please contact either of our branches where you can speak to a member of staff 24 hours a day.
During this initial contact we will arrange a time and place to discuss your needs. This discussion can take place in one of our comfortable and relaxing lounges, or in the comfort of your own home.

Your bespoke requirements
Below you’ll find details of some of the services we can offer to personalise your loved one’s funeral. If you have any bespoke requirements, please discuss them with your funeral director.
On the day of the funeral
Where possible, the Funeral Director who makes the initial arrangements with the family will also be the conductor, who will oversee proceedings on the day of the funeral.
Make an informed decision
We will not tell you the type of funeral you should have, but we will offer suggestions in order for you to make an informed decision. It is not essential to have registered the death in order to begin the funeral arrangements.
A personalised funeral
In order to personalise the funeral it is important for us to tailor-make the arrangements to meet your requirements based upon your informed decisions.

Choose from our traditional fleet of limousines or something more personal.
Burial & Cremation
We will liaise with all venues and parties to deliver the family of the deceased’s wishes.
Donations
We can perform the administrative work for those families who prefer mourners to make a donation.
Coffins
The choice of coffin can be very important and so we offer a wide selection.
Flowers
We can order floral tributes on behalf of the family from a supplied flower brochure.
Catering
We can arrange catering at local venues for family and friends following the funeral.
Press Notices
We can arrange notices on the family’s behalf with local, national and international newspapers.
Memorial Jewellery
Our collection offers a selection of items, from necklaces and pendants, to keepsakes and more.
